Modular Cast Center Platform is made from a highly durable, non-porous cast material that won't rust.

With cast flooring, the need for replacement is significantly delayed.  As a result you not only avoid the cost of replaced equipment, but also the cost of installation and the tremendous expense of displaced production during renovation.  

Panels are poured in an open cast so there are no seams. That means less chance for roughing up sows' shoulders or pigs' knees. With fewer injuries, there's less opportunity for sows and pigs to develop infections that lead to performance losses.

The high-low pattern is excellent for traction. Sows are comfortable during rest but can easily move up and down.

Each section is 24" (61.5 cm) x 42" (108cm). Only two sections are required per crate so sows can't work a section up and out of position.
