Teamwork

Teamwork is critical at Farmweld. Constant dialog takes place between sales, design, manufacturing and shipping departments to see to that orders are delivered according to the customer’s exact specification. Farmweld staff members sit down for a short meeting to discuss the work flow for the next 24-hour period.

While Farmweld's President Frank Brummer offers the vision that sets the course for his company, employees are expected to run the business. Says Brummer, "My philosophy is to hire good people and give them the latitude and responsibility to do their jobs."

Having fun is also part of the team experience at Farmweld. Summer picnics, outings to baseball games, holiday parties and other adventures help create an atmosphere of camaraderie and fulfillment. Farmweld employees are encouraged to advance their technical and human relationship skills through formal classes, seminars and other educational opportunities.
